This variegated was inspired by the movie poster for the 1960 horror film Psycho. Even though the movie poster has lots of bright colors, we wanted to stick with a dark colorway to mimic the sinister vibes of the movie. We pulled from the various blues in the poster and even started with a pink base layer to get the midnight blue and deep purple of our dreams.
