All skeins are personally hand-dyed by us, in small batches. We do all we can to ensure the quality and precision for the colors we develop, but ALL hand-dyed yarn is subject to some variation! No two skeins are ever 100% identical, but we do try our best to maintain a high standard to keep our colorways consistent.

For large projects (consisting of 2+ skeins of the same color), we always recommend alternating your skeins every 1-2 rows so that the colors blend together easily. Alternating skeins will also help prevent color pooling or color 'blocks', as you transition from one skein to the next.

Items listed as in-stock (per the item descriptions) will be shipped within a week of your order being placed.

Items sold as a "pre-order" will ship according to the pre-order schedule - usually 4-8 weeks! Each pre-order shop update has its own shipping timeline, so please double check the product pages, emails, or IG posts for more specific info :)

PDF patterns should be delivered immediately upon receipt, please let us know if your PDF does not arrive quickly so we can get your pattern to you!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email so we can help you resolve this issue! We can accept a return within two weeks of the original order being placed on our website - if the skein is intact and not caked - and issue a refund for the cost of the skein minus 10% for restocking. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If the skein has been caked, we will not accept a return.

The buyer is responsible for postage costs when mailing the item(s) for a return.

As we are still establishing ourselves, we are unable to take orders for custom colorways. However if you would like to place a custom (presale) order for existing colors, feel free to send us an email and we'll see what we can do for you!

It's always best to hand wash items you make with your yarn: whether it is knitted, crochet, or woven! This will help to ensure that the fabric does not felt (because even superwash yarn does not like being machine washed frequently), and also ensures the health of the wool fibers in the yarn.

We recommend using a wool wash (such as Soak, or Eucalan wool washes) to clean your handmade items, and laying them flat to dry to shape. Socks will look best when dried on sock blockers.

We are based in the US but we can ship internationally through USPS and DHL - we should be able to ship anywhere, in accordance with current rates and policies of these shipping services! If you are an international (non-US) based customer and you are having trouble checking out, please feel free to email us, we're happy to help :)

NOTE: international customers are responsible for any and all customs, duty, and import taxes, as dictated by their country's import laws and rates! We cannot mark sold items as gifts to get around these import fees as that would be illegal. For more information, please consult your local post office or shipping agency.
